Super Moist Chocolate Pecan Cookies

                 It’s that time of year again! Here is a favorite of Ashlee and Hailey, that they prepare with Dad. Super easy, fun to make.

                 Call your children into the kitchen and make a batch together. Laugh, talk, and make memories!

Ingredients:

2 cups Bisquick

1 box, 4 serving size, butterscoch pudding, sugar free preferred

1 box, 4 serving size, chocolate pudding, sugar free preferred

3/4 cup mayonnaise, low-fat prefered

2/3 cup brown sugar

3 oz. pecans, chopped

1 tsp. vanilla

4 tbs. butter, melted and allowed to cool

Directions:

Preheat oven at 350 degrees F.

In large bowl, combine each ingredient, mixing well after each to blend.

Drop dough by teaspoonful onto an ungreased baking sheet.

Bake for 15-17 minutes, until firm.

Allow to cook 3 minutes, transfer to wire rack, cool until firm.

Store in air tight container
