30 Minute Deep-dish Pizza

          You cannot get pizza delivered in under 30 minutes! And then, is it still hot? NO! Is it greasy? Yes! Well, now you can. Try this easy, quick recipe that Frankie and the girls prepare, with a salad, in 30 minutes or less. Your family will love you for it.

Ingredients:

1 pound ground chicken or turkey meat

1. 15 oz. can Chunky Italian-style Tomato Sauce, undrained

1, 10 oz. pkg. refrigerated Pizza crust dough

1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese. shredded

1 pkg. Mixed Salad Greens

1, 10 oz. jar Mixed, sliced olives, drained,rinsed

1, medium size Purple onion, thinly sliced

1/2 cup Olive oil Vinaigrette, reduced- fat

Olive oil cooking spray

Directions:

Pizza:

Preheat oven at 425 degrees F.

Spray a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish with cooking spray.

Cook ground chicken in non-stick skillet; medium heat, until no longer pink; drain if necessary.

Add tomato sauce; cook until heated through, stirring

Place pizza dough in baking dish, bring dough halfway up the sides of of baking dish, fitting along bottom and sides.

Sprinkle a layer of Mozzarella cheese on pizza dough.

Top with cooked meat mixture; bake for 11-12 minutes.

Salad:

Meanwhile, in salad bowl with lid, pour all salad ingredients; cover with lid; shake well to mix and blend.

Pull pizza from oven; Sprinkle a layer of Mozzarella cheese over top of pizza; return to oven; bake an additional 5 minutes, until crust is browned and cheese is melted.

Allow to cool for 5 minutes. Cut into portions. Serve with salad.

Dessert: Cup Frozen Italian Ices flavor of choice.
