Applesauce Yogurt Snack

          A snack that’s prepared in 2 minutes or less, that is actually good for you!!!

          Pack this in your childrens lunch box or for a after school treat.

Ingredients:

1 1/3 cup fat-free yogurt  * flavor of choice *

 3/4 cup  unsweetened applesauce

6 tsp. cinnamon-sugar

Directions:

Spoon yogurt into 4 dessert/ parfait dishes

Add equal amount of applesauce on top.

Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar over applesauce.

Try graham cracker sticks as a spoon, for crunch.
