Welcome to my blog. My name is Carolyn DiBlasi, a native New Yorker, currently living in North Carolina.  I’m 62 years young, former hair designer. Cooking has always been therapy for me, so when my son Frank started asking me for recipes to teach his daughters, I thought that a blog for fathers & their children would be fun.
